I am currently available to provide more privates lessons.  I specialize in using the body to work toward healing mental and emotional concerns, but can also provide:

  • A safe introduction for beginners.
  • Help working toward a difficult peak posture
  • In-depth exploration of alignment to help deepen your practice.
