Friday, October 27th Supersonic Vinyasa: a Live Music & Meditative Movement Journey
7-9pm, at Yoga Home
Both movement and stillness can be meditative and illuminating- join Candace Stevens for a liberating, dynamic yoga and intuitive movement meditation practice under the glow of backlights, accompanied by /multi-instrumentalist Mark Dee! After we open ourselves physically we will enjoy an expansive, energetic awakening during a 45 minute savasana, during which you will be lovingly bathed in sound using didjeridu, udu, crystal singing bowls, various world percussion instruments and voice. Mark D will seem to bend time itself by leaving you face to face with your true, radiant self! Body paint and glow bracelets will be provided; feel free to wear wild colors that will glow under backlights.

Join Candace Stevens with musical accompaniment by Mark Dee, vocalist/multi-instrumentalist of ReturntoYourBreath.com, for a glowing, supersonic yoga experience.
Under the glow of blacklights, flow through a dynamic yoga practice while we explore the themes embracing fear, letting go, and honoring what has passed in our lives. After the physical practice, a very extended savasana with the etherial sounds of Mark Dee will levitate you to another state of being using the digeridoo, udu, and other world music instruments. Body paints will be available to help us embody our inner glow, but feel free to bring any of your own LED or glowing accessories.
